Role: Sales & Events Manager – Hospitality
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: up to £36,000 + Excellent Bonus + Benefits
We’re recruiting for a proactive and passionate Sales Manager to join an exciting cutting-edge Bar & Restaurant operator. This role will look after their Edinburgh venue and be responsible for driving brand awareness and corporate bookings within their fantastic venue with private hire and event package options.
You will be joining an exciting and growing National company with 20 sites across the UK, and working with their cutting-edge brands, and a great sales team where support and progression are on offer.
We are looking for a passionate salesperson who will be the face of the business, maximising brand awareness and creating long standing relationships to increase top-line sales.
The role:
- Identify partnership opportunities across the Edinburgh area
- Maintain existing relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Pro-actively drive brand awareness to the corporate market and local businesses.
- Plan & coordinate internal events to achieve objectives
- Identify and understand the business needs and objectives to identify new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate liaison between sales and other internal departments.
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on all activity and sales progress
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in sales and / or business development role within the hospitality industry is essential.
- You will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Strong networking and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, able to manage and secure multiple leads
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confident working with CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, activities, and customer interactions.
