My client is a successful operator with a portfolio of unusual, breath-taking restaurants with sumptuous décor, serving quality food, wines and spirits in prime locations. Still relatively young yet highly successful, they pride themselves for being ahead of their competitors and providing their guests with a unique dining experience.

The group is expanding with plans to open further restaurants across the UK and overseas.

They are looking for a General Manager to run their premium high-volume fresh food concept in Manchester City Centre with a focus on amazing service, a great atmosphere, stunningly presented innovative food and a fantastic customer experience. They have a reputation for running great operations with a vibrant atmosphere that keeps customers coming back time and time again, their restaurants are definitely the places to be seen.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a strong General Manager, within a high-quality fresh food operation. We are looking for a real host who is vivacious and outgoing, someone who loves the industry and can lead a large team and provide the highest standards of food and service across a large operation with an outstanding reputation.

What are we looking for:

·Experience of managing a large, high volume quality restaurant operation

·Experience of managing a large team

·Strong front of house skills. We are looking for someone who is brilliant with guests and is committed to ensuring the highest levels of service.

·Ability to manage & motivate a team whilst working under pressure.

·Experience and commitment to provide the highest standards of customer service - touching tables and ensuring guests return time and time again.

·The ability to train, motivate, inspire and develop a large team to provide the highest standards of customer care.

·Demonstrate a desire to push boundaries, learn new skills and contribute to the business’ evolution

Salary Package:

The salary package for this great role is £70,000 plus up to £10,000 bonus.
