We are looking for a passionate Assistant General Manager for a boutique property based in the Richmond area.
As Assistant General Manager, you will be fully responsible for the entire operation overseeing all departments with a focus on guest services and facilities. As the face of the business, you will enjoy the buzz of leading and developing your team. Reporting to the General Manager, the new Assistant General Manager will need a hands on, organised and consultative approach, have a good business and financial acumen, all whilst ensuring that customer satisfaction and quality standards are high.
Required Experience:
* Solid hands-on, people focused Deputy Manager/Assistant General Manager experience in a similar establishment with a focus on quality guest services
* A strong communicator with experience of leading, motivating, and developing a team of different personalities, levels of creativity and skill sets.
* Strong financial knowledge – ideally some Profit & Loss (GPs, revenue, quality control) and the impact it has on the business
