Regional Manager - Residential Property Operator

Location: North West

Salary/package: Up to £45k

We’re currently recruiting a Regional Manager role for a contemporary residential property company, the role will be based in the North West, with regular travel to their residential properties.

This role will oversee a team of Resident Managers and be focused on training, developing and managing your team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive lettings of properties, achieve KPI’s and monitor building standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Community Manager, Resident Manager or General Manager in the residential property industry to take a step up, or a fantastic role for a current Regional Manager to experience a new company.  

The role:

You will lead a team of Resident Managers across the companies residential property portfolio, the role will focus on training and development of your people to excel in communication, customer service and achieving KPI’s.

Oversee all operational issues and building standards, including regular site visits and audits, liaison and communication with the facilities team on any outstanding works and working with other departments on the business to ensure residents receive the best customer service.

Be responsible for managing the budgets and financial controls of the Residential sites 

Support the senior team with adhoc projects and new building launches, liaising with contractors and FM as required.

Responsible for ensuring H&S across the portfolio and communicating any required works / risks.

Attending regular meetings with the senior department managers, working collaboratively to ensure safe and happy residents and teams.

 

The Person we are looking for:

You will have solid experience in a managerial role in the Residential Property sector, with a strong understanding of lettings, team management and building safety / standards.

Build to Rent background / experience is desirable. 

Leadership skills are key to this role, we are looking for a candidate who has a passion for training and development of teams, and delivering excellent levels of customer service

You will have a good knowledge of building H&S in the residential property sector, understand property legislation and have experience working closely with FM teams and building contractors  

You will have excellent communication skills and people management experience and be proactive in problem solving any team and operational issues to resolution.
