Our client, a national staycation operator, is looking for a proactive Sales Negotiator to help grow their portfolio of luxury properties across the North of England with a focus on the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and rural Lancashire
Role:
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our client’s ambitious growth strategy as they look to expand UK wide. The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for our client’s brand and service offering, as such will be able to identify properties that will enhance their portfolio and
This role is home-based, with regular travel in the region to appointments and property viewings.
Skills & Experience:
- - Experienced sales negotiator
- - Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- - Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- - Able to network with key players within the property and holiday markets to build relationships, at all levels
- - Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- - Full UK driving license
Package:
