Role: Executive Chef Consultant (12-month Fixed term contract with potential to extend)
Location: Knutsford / Manchester / Chester commutable
Salary: negotiable: Up to £70k per annum

This is a unique role and company. As Executive Chef Consultant your role will be to lead and mentor a small team of dedicated chefs, developing their skills, menus / menu planning knowledge and creating a fantastic working environment.
The candidate we are looking for:
· An experienced culinary professional with knowledge and experience in fine dining / high quality cuisine
· An expert in nutritional food menus.
· An experienced leader of people, we are looking for a candidate with the utmost professionalism, a great energy, and a calm and positive nature who can get the best out of their team and create an enjoyable working environment.
· Knowledge and experience of best practices is also key, with the ability to develop a productive and efficient working kitchen that can deliver high volume, high-quality menus.
As Executive Consultant Chef your focus will be in the kitchen, coaching and mentoring a small yet dedicated team, you will develop their culinary skills, teach best practices, develop new dishes / menus and ways of working. The kitchen will become a well-oiled machine, whilst maintaining a strong creativity for changing daily menus and company events.
As Executive Consultant chef you will work closely with the People team, developing positive ways of working, HR practices and building a culture that breeds positive energy and is collaborative , working towards a shared goal of delivering excellence across all areas.
