Duty Manager – Leisure & Entertainment Venue

Salary: £30,744 + Quarterly Bonus + Fantastic Benefits
We are recruiting for a people-focused Front of House Manager to assist in the running of a popular city centre cocktail bar and entertainment venue with a focus on guest services, bookings and visitor experience. Not only will you thrive on creating a fantastic atmosphere for your customers and supporting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager; you will inspire and lead your team from the front with an enthusiastic, nurturing leadership approach and a passion for people.
The role:
- To help lead a team to deliver fantastic service and standards in a popular experience-led operation.
- Managing, training, developing and nurturing the team
- Ensuring correct training procedures are followed.
- Create a fantastic atmosphere and image for the brand to capture return custom.
The Candidate:
- Strong management experience in a bar/pub/restaurant operation.
- An enthusiastic people-focused leader with a passion for training, developing and nurturing talent.
- A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
