Full time: 37.5 Hours a week

** Please note: Due to the nature of this role, only candidates with strong proactive sales experience from a luxury staycation or real estate background will be considered for this role. As you would be required to travel to meet clients for appointments, you must also have a UK driving licence **

Our client, a national luxury staycation operator, is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to help grow their portfolio across the North of England with a focus on the North West, Yorkshire and the North East. Although role is mainly home-based, the will be regular travel in the region to face-to-face appointments and prospective property viewings. For this role, we are looking for a real self-starter who can confidently generate their own leads with a strong network either in the luxury staycation or real estate industry. As the main objective of the role is to expand their portfolio of properties, you would need a good understanding of either the luxury staycation market or the property market. This role would suite a well-connected individual from either a staycation or an estate agent background who would already have ins and key connections to already help them on their way. Their expansion plans are phenomenal with plans to expand their portfolio nationally and they are looking for ambitious individuals to join them on this incredible journey. As Business Development Manager, you will be the face of the business out in the marketplace, meeting with key decision makers at a variety of networking events, exhibitions and trade shows.

For this role we are looking for a proactive, driven and self-disciplined experienced BDM or Sales Executive, competent in meeting and exceeding targets. You will have a strong knowledge of the region and have excellent industry connections. The ideal candidate will be confident in dealing with high profile connections with a proactive approach representing the company.

Person:

As this is a proactive sales role offering huge progression opportunities - you will need to be a tenacious sales professional in order to grow the business, a real self-starter, confident in generation your own leads and expanding your own network whilst nurturing long term client relationships. A strong knowledge of the North of England property or staycation market is a must for this role. Naturally you will possess a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, be extremely well presented and passionate about delivering the very highest standards of customer service.

Package:
