General Manager – Iconic Multifaceted Bar & Street Food Concept

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits!
Our client, a hugely popular multi-outlet bar and street food concept are looking for a highly experienced General Manager to manage their high-volume operation based in Liverpool City Centre. Compromising of various bar and street food concepts, not to forget live entertainment, this iconic social venue attracts drinkers and diners from all corners of the region.
The successful candidate will be fully in charge of the day-to-day management of the operation, it's performance, recruitment, policies and procedures within their site, working hard to maintain and make improvements where necessary whilst driving sales and ensuring the highest standards of service at all times.
The site itself is trading well and has received outstanding feedback. Whilst going from strength to strength, they are looking for an experienced and innovative General Manager that can take the business to the next level.
What are we looking for?
- The successful candidate will ideally be a solid, experienced General Manager with strong high-volume experience!
- Must have a background of running a high-volume bar concept, with a reputation for strong processes and excellent training.
- The ability to recruit, train, motivate and develop a growing team, working hard to maintain and improve service and performance in order to achieve and exceed budget.
- The successful candidate will be committed to ensuring the site provides great service and an excellent guest experience, using your existing skills to maintain and develop both service and sales within this successful operation.
- A strong communicator who is good at developing strong local relationships
- The desire to ‘get on’ and develop your career with a successful, expanding company that is going from strength to strength. There are good progression opportunities available for the right candidate.
