We are on the hunt for a superstar Head Chef or Sous Chef ready to progress, for this growing, successful, and highly regarded operator.

The role:

With restaurants throughout the UK, new sites continuously being launched and further expansion throughout both the UK and internationally, the company have a unique quality offering that is delivering the most amazing results.

You will be supporting all aspects of the kitchen operation from training to stocks to compliance. As Head Chef you will lead a high-performing team and ensure high standards are met and great food is served daily.

The ideal candidate:

· You will be a passionate assistant kitchen manager, sous chef or head chef who has experience within branded restaurants.

· You will have experience working to specs and have great knowledge of all things back of house.

· You will have experience managing and supporting the overall performance of a kitchen in terms of culture, quality, training consistency and profit.

· The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

· The ability to recruit, train, mentor, motivate and inspire your team with a focus on development and internal progression.

· A real passion to provide impeccable service, working hard to maintain and improve performance in order to provide an amazing customer experience, well-presented dishes, and a great kitchen atmosphere.

· The ability to ensure that the team are working to the highest standards, adhering to all policies and procedures as well as running a busy efficient shift and looking after all back of house duties related to the kitchen - stock ordering, stock control, labour, rotas etc.

Salary & package: 

The starting salary for this role is from £34,400 + service charge and an outstanding benefits package.
