The group is expanding with plans to open further restaurants and brands across the UK and Overseas.
They are looking for an Assistant General Manager to support their high-volume fresh food concept with a focus on amazing service, a great atmosphere, stunningly presented innovative food and a fantastic customer experience. They have a reputation for running great operations with a vibrant atmosphere that keeps customers coming back time and time again, their restaurants are definitely the places to be seen.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a strong Assistant General Manager, within a high-quality fresh food operation. We are looking for a real host who is vivacious and outgoing, someone who loves the industry and can lead a large team and provide the highest standards of food and service across a large operation with an outstanding reputation. The restaurant has a team of 100 and the successful candidate MUST have experience of managing and leading a large team with the support of a great leadership team.
What are we looking for:
- Experience of managing a large, high volume quality restaurant operation
- Experience of managing a large team is a MUST (ideally 50 +)
- Strong front of house skills. We are looking for someone who is brilliant with guests and is committed to ensuring the highest levels of service.
- Ability to manage & motivate a team whilst working under pressure.
- Experience and commitment to provide the highest standards of customer service - touching tables and ensuring guests return time and time again.
- The ability to train, motivate, inspire and develop a large team to provide the highest standards of customer care.
- Demonstrate a desire to push boundaries, learn new skills and contribute to the business’ evolution
Salary Package:
The salary package for this great role is up to £44,500 plus bonus.
