Required experience:
2+ years hands-on Head Chef experience in a similar venue or setting.
A good knowledge of fresh food and strong banqueting experience.
A real self-starter and self-motivator who can work well in a large brigade.
Strong people management, time management and organisational skills.
The ability to work well under pressure whilst leading from the front
High standards ensuring standards, food safety regulations, compliance and guest satisfaction is met.
